Moving ship turrets, thrusters, and other attachments to be batched instanced static meshes, and batched niagara systems. I can have many more ships on screen now!

Reworked my talking head effect to use a render target instead of playing a video. Character mesh, materials, background are all dynamic now.

@RidoKilos Yeah once you fly deep into the planet it's completely disorienting and disturbing lol. Thinking about procedurally placing harvestable gas pockets inside that the player can scan for to help orient where things are.

@AllHailTemos @BitrichInfo Now that gas giants are a possibility, I definitely need to come up with cool gameplay reasons to fly in the upper atmosphere. Maybe a scoop or something to collect gasses to sell.
