As part of the Women2025+ campaign spearheaded by the Netherlands Ambassador together with five other female ambassadors and their identified male +1s, I partnered with the Danish Ambassador. Among other activities in the initiative, I drew seven cartoons on various women rights issues. Six of them were auctioned yesterday evening at the @DKinUganda Ambassador’s residence, from which about 7.5m was raised. Thanks to all that participated.

I had the privilege to decide what the money should be put to. It will be used to buy reusable pads for school going girls in a refugee camp in Adjumani. It has been such an elating experience, a great feeling to be there for the less privileged.
