So in eviction court this week, i rep’d 7 families from a single complex. I got all of them dismissed bc the landlord didn’t follow the law. Directly after my cases, 3 more tenants from the same place, pro se, presented the exact same arguments. But they were evicted.
@Andres4NY No, thankfully that part went smoothly for me (I had a print out of my chart showing co-morbidities) but there did seem to be some language access issues for others, like the person I described. Maybe staffing shortage?
I was at bronx clinic (might have been this one) fm 3:15 am to 6:15am. Ok for me but such a hardship for others. Guy in front of us was returning to work at 8:30 am after a yr unemployed and was still there at 6:15 when I left.

Chadwick was diagnosed with colon cancer four years ago, per reports. During that time, he gave us Civil War, Marshall, Black Panther, Infinity War, Endgame, 21 Bridges and Da 5 Bloods. Lord only knows what he was going through on a daily basis.

I’ve noticed there are two types of coronavirus tweets: “people who were in New York City in April” and “people who weren’t in New York City in April.” The urgency/panic from those of us in that first catagory is because we saw a literal nightmare we’ll never forget
