In case it needs saying again: not all mathematicians enjoy "math puzzles". So if you don't enjoy "math puzzles" that doesn't mean you're not cut out for mathematics.
@JSEllenberg The “Average”, “as much as”, and “100 to 200” seems to be the problem. The first 2 could be mean of max, 1st and 3rd gives a std dev, and any single one would be OK. But all three?

2. Codes only assume 25-50% of rooms will use O2 at once
3. How many days supply O2 does a hospital have?
4. Oxygen conservation devices need to be evaluated ASAP
