"He's too lazy to finish the book"
"Brandon Sanderson will finish it"
"He's finished it, but we'll never see it"
I, for one, still believe we are getting The winds of winter AND a dream of spring. #Hopeium
In the comic book, MM’s name is not a metaphor or a joke. His mother worked in a Vought manufacturing plant contaminated with Compound V, causing MM to be born with a genetic mutation. If he goes too long without drinking his mother's actual breast milk, he grows severely weak and will eventually die. Because of this, his elderly mother is kept alive in a back room, a tragic and deeply bizarre sci-fi dependency.
The TV show completely ditches this bizarre element. In the series, "Mother’s Milk" is simply a moniker, and his real name is Marvin T. Milk. He is completely human and has no creepy dietary requirements to stay alive.
Friendly reminder Jay Z tried to sign great black talent to TIDAL with promises of ownership and change only to turn around and sell it to a cracka Jack Dorsey.
Jay Z ran the same play with the NFL, got a comfortable position with the crackas then told the blacks to stop kneeling it ain’t important or right.
Jay Z also was cozy with Harvey Weinstein, best friends with P. Diddy and toured with R. Kelly during his dark time. Make of all that what you will. Point is you gotta do way better than that, them bars were weak and easy flips if going at Drake.
cracker dis, cracker dat but when you was in them crackers face you was shucking HARD for them.
you put on your lil tobeybegoodnigga corporate voice, elbow to elbow wit em skinning & grinning saying everything they wanted to hear while selling out the black community.
Jay-z: “Go talk tough with those crackas.”
Drake: “Who the CEO of Universal? They mistaken. 'Cause Google sayin' Lucian, but that just doesn't make sense”
Also Drake: “Lucian you’re not dropping me”
If there’s anyone who talks tough to execs…. It’s Drake. What is Jay-z talking about? We’re not doing this lying shit again.
