The next generation of applications will demand the following: $S @SonicLabs already checks all of these boxes.
• 99.9% uptime
• Instant finality
• High throughput
• A meaningful cut in network fees
• A superior execution layer
Multichain is inevitable, but users and applications will gravitate toward the ecosystem where all of these features coexist consistently and with certainty over the long term.
Transparency Update on Multichain.
Over the past 3 years, we’ve invested $2M+ pursuing justice for Multichain victims on Fantom, spanning global litigation, coordination with law enforcement, and hundreds of hours from our legal and internal teams.
🧵
fantom to sonic migration required manual bridging through sonic gateway. binance delisted ftm 11 days after migration opened without confirming s token listing. traders faced three options: hold through delisting, pay gas to manually migrate, or dump immediately. 97% chose dump. binance held 25-30% of supply. no exchange coordination before rebrand announcement meant instant death spiral to $0.078 from $3.46 peak. operational incompetence, not tech failure.
Transparency update on Sonic Labs’ $S ETF allocation.
Earlier this year, governance approved a proposal authorizing up to $50M worth of $S to seed a potential US-listed ETF with the expectation that execution would follow shortly thereafter.
🧵
While scanning onchain data , there is no evidence of any serious selling in $S except from a few Retail accounts.
Big wallets have not sold any $S including top exchanges, and a few new big wallets (vcs) have accumulated decent amount during past 60 days. Fundamentally $S havnt lost much except TVL and they seem to be working on RWA narrative.
The marketcap feels manipulated and price is supressed by Exchange (i assume).
I feel $S will recover big very soon 👀
