My friend Chadni Sanyal, travelling from Kolkata to Paris, has been continuously harrassed due to internal mismanagement of Air India.
Delayed flights resulted in her missing the international flight for no fault of her own.

She was promised another @airvistara flight but even that left without boarding my friend.

Consequently she missed her flight to Paris because Air India couldn't reach her to Delhi on time.

Her initial Kolkata to New Delhi flight got delayed from 8:30 pm to 11:15 pm
