The Isaaq genocide in what is today Somaliland took place between 1987 and 1989.

It was one of many crimes against Somalilanders by Somalia under the dictatorship of Siad Barre.

Recently, it was discovered that Barre’s son and daughter live the USA.

The son, 61-year-old Ayanle Siad Barre, lives in a Somali area near Columbus, Ohio. He is described as having served as his father’s right-hand man in Somalia.

The Somali dictator’s daughter, Deka Mohamed Siad, also lives in Ohio.

Ayanle established a translation services company called Somal Global Services, while his sister Deka her late husband operated Vanguard Home Health Care, which received nearly $2 million in Medicare funding

I was sitting on this story for sometime waiting for a good opportunity to share it.

Lets use Mr. Tiktok's bid for Somalian parliament as a vehicle to drive it through to our people.

And, please, lets not make the mistake of limiting this colossal betrayal of Somaliland to one person only in Xaashi.

This is systemic. Our political class have failed Somaliland. All of them are criminals and should not be anywhere near power.

Xaashi, Xirsi, and this entire generation of Somaliland politicians are at fault.

An unregistered foreign agent who represents Somalia’s SSC-Khaatumo administration in Minnesota, Mahmoud Omar Isse (Xiirrey), posted a military-training video of a al-Shabaab Commander General Abdi Madobe. The footage shows armed recruits graduating, commanders calling for expanded training, new forces being assembled and units being prepared for deployment to Sanaag. Speakers credit Madobe with leading the training program and announce that the military school will bear his name.

A UN Panel of Experts separately identified an Al-Shabaab commander named Abdi Madobe leading roughly 200 fighters in northeastern Somalia, with reported interest in territory and supply routes toward Sanaag.

Why is a Minnesota-based foreign-government representative amplifying a al-Shabbab Commander's recruitment video.

The DOJ should examine any related fundraising, recruitment, travel support, procurement, political direction and foreign-agent disclosure obligations.
