Today's NQ trade breakdown:
ES formed equal lows at a key level, Asia Low. Meanwhile, NQ showed strong momentum and cleaner execution, with a well-defined SL.
The confluences were clear, so I took the NQ setup with appropriate position sizing.
The only concern? OPEX Friday. Never ignore the session context, no matter how clean the setup looks. 🥂

Beautiful NQ setup today.
You can read the market perfectly and still get no trade. Yesterday, my entry never triggered. Today, my initial idea didn’t play out either.
So I waited. Once #NQ aligned with #ES and my setup appeared, I took the trade. Patience paid. Took my base hits.
You don’t predict. You prepare, wait, and execute.💯

Your bias can be right.
Your market read can be spot on.
Price can do exactly what you expected.
But being right isn’t enough. You need the right entry.
Today, I expected a reversal after sweeping the London low and Asia low. The read was clear. The conviction was there.
But the entry never came.
And I’m not entering just because I’m 90–100% sure price will hit my target. No entry, no trade. Simple.
Not forcing a setup is also a trade.
Patience is a position, too.
Plenty of opportunities tomorrow. We move. 🫡

Psychology is not just about accepting a loss. It’s about accepting the decision that comes after it. 🥂
(Tweet to self)
Yesterday’s ES trade tested that.
The analysis was right & clean. The picture was clear, my setup was there, and the trade eventually hit the target. But before that, I got wicked out, and my equity curve took the hit after spending a good amount of time under consolidation.
The hardest part wasn’t taking the loss, right after entering it. It was fighting the urge to re-enter and prove that my analysis was right.
I didn’t re-enter because both ES and NQ were still ranging. If either had shown a different picture, I would have considered re-entering with half the previous risk. And if that trade had hit my risk limit, I would have shut the system down and accepted the end of a good winning streak.
The goal is not to prove your analysis right. The goal is to execute your system right.
I’m holding on to that distinction.
Because sometimes, the market gives you the right read but the wrong experience. And psychology is learning to separate the two.

Absolutely agree. The second entry is a separate trade, but the real battle here is psychological accepting the pain of getting wicked out while watching your analysis play out, versus breaking your own rules and risking another stop-out. Especially when consolidation is already against your setup, knowing when NOT to re enter is just as important..

@Shreyas1051@grok America puts its own people, jobs, and national interests first, and suddenly that’s called leadership.
But when India tries to prioritize its own people and protect its own interests, hopeless people like RaGa, start crying about it. 🇮🇳
This is a note to myself as much as it is to any trader reading this:
You have to get it right.
You have to keep going.
You have to become the trader capable of executing the system you built.
Because when that finally clicks…
365 days of struggle can turn into one month of results.

Take the help.
Take the mentorship.
Take the motivation.
Take every resource available to you.
But eventually, you have to stand alone in front of the chart and execute.
No excuses.
No one else to blame.
No one else to save you.
