Sen. Natasha Akpoti says: ‘I took video evidence to the Commissioner of Police in my state showing how his officers were openly working with thugs and criminals. Instead of acting on it, the CP looked at me and said, ‘You should employ your own thugs too.’
You be the judge.

Video showing a lady who allegedly pleaded with officials, saying she needed to call a nurse to care for her sick son, but was reportedly arrested for violating the Saturday sanitation exercise in Anambra State. By the time she was released and returned home, the child had allegedly passed away. 😭
“Nigerian Soldiers broke into our school premises, ass@ulted our students and b£at them up. They also grap£d and h@rrass£d some of our female students. They destr0yed property and st0le their phones and money. This is very sad and unacceptable.”
- Vice-Chancellor of Osun state university finally speaks out after ehat happened yesterday in their school
When I keep saying that there is no difference between Nigerian "elites" and the average mai ruwa in Tundun-Waziri, it looks like I'm doing too much. Nigeria has one of the world's few truly classless societies where almost everybody genuinely thinks at the same level.
The same lack of foresight that makes the mai ruwa collect spaghetti and N2,000 to vote against his own interest every 4 years, is what makes billionaire industrialists support candidates with zero economic track record, business credentials, or shared geopolitical alignment with them.
If you knew that the APC candidate was a foreign proxy working for external powers who have a vested interest in maintaining Nigeria's lack of industrialisation and its continued cheap export of unprocessed natural resources, why would you, as a business person - whose wealth comes from industrial processes and a growing economy - ever support such a candidate?
This was the same rubbish that the chatterbox, empty-head middle classes did too in 2015, when they carried their Dubai-weekend-visiting, monthly-ASUS-ordering, 7% annual GDP-growing, $510bn economy and handed it over to an illiterate who has still never proved that he completed secondary school, because the Otuoke man with the funny hat had a shouty wife and something something Diezani, something something $20bn, something corruption, something something Chibok.
A society made up of people who cannot visualise the future!
Anyway, since I saw people here tweeting "How much did you even donate that you're shouting?" when some other people pointed out that some emergency activists stole bitcoin donations raised in the name of #EndSARS, I promised myself to never be surprised by Nigerians or expect anything of them.
Just 200 million mai ruwa trying to escape from their respective wheel carts in their multiple creative ways.
Sharp guys and gals who will die of their alleged sharpness.

It’s a fucking circus show. People need to step outside and touch grass.
The amount of bizarre and abnormal things that happen in this country daily that goes unreported is insane.
So much potential and yet this seems to be our reality. Eventually the rot will get to Everyone.
There’s no such thing as Karma.
I have so much hate for our politicians that the the things I’d do to them.. even the devil would not imagine it.
They have taken so much and it just doesn’t seem to ever be enough. All this stealing and for what exactly?
No purpose. Just Evil.
And it doesn’t even matter how much you have. Nigeria happens to you regardless. Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow but e go sup.
Politicians here are so detached from the country’s reality that you begin to wonder if it’s simply possible for people to be this Soulless.
We no fit all run away. Japa no fit be our solution. At some point we have to say Enough is Enough.
We are not dogs na. We are thinking human beings ffs.
We have been given everything by God on a platter and this is best we can fucking do?? This country breaks my heart so much
Nigerian Politicians are simply Evil. Evil
In a very dumb way.
They don’t have any purpose but to loot money meant for the development and benefit of their own people. This is TREASON!
People are dying. People are having to live in the worst possible ways and it’s just sad.
We have prayed Enough. We are facing an Existential Crisis like mad. How can we not see this???
So much death and suffering! Dreams cut short and the poor are left to suffer and suffer and suffer. A hopeless loop of unending suffering.
Politicians should be stoned to death.
Over a hundred million people living in multi dimensional poverty. MULTI DIMENSIONAL POVERTY. And this is not just stats.. this is real people. These are real families.. this is 2026 and the country has never been worse. I no fit sleep.. Literal toddlers are now being Kidnapped😔
Everybody is just so mentally and physically and emotionally drained and defeated. It’s like we are in this unending cycle of grief and depression and unbearable pain. We shouldn’t have to live like this. Everyday dreams are sacrificed on the alter of greed and for what Exactly?
We can’t even seem to catch a break. This cannot be our reality man. No good roads. No Good healthcare. No Electricity. No Education. No good Anything.. Why the fuck do we then pretend we have a fucking government. It’s either We must have simply just given up on our country atp
We honestly cannot be a real Country. Students went to write Neco and were Kidnapped and a Teacher KILLED. In 2026! What the actual fuck is going on ffs!! Everything just seems to keep getting worse and worse by the day. It’s from one bad news to an even worse news.
Have you people seen this?
Students who went to take their NECO exams got abducted from the exam hall?
This happened in Borno and I hope it gets the same media outrage as Oyo's.
This is unfortunate.
