@avidseries One huge caveat to this approach is that it overweights factors that are easily measured (usually numerically) and quantifiable. It's possible to go far astray because of this.

Doubtful. I'm a 'cut it close' guy who saves an hour-ish every time. I'm 60+ yrs old with a million miles of airline flight miles (so... at least 'hundreds' of flights?) . I've missed a handful of flights in the last 40 years, each of which was probably a 3-5 hour inconvenience.

Wichita Falls! You must've just watched the HHH. It's fun. And obviously badass enough to get you interested. Almost nobody wears the one-piece 'suits'. And you only need to wear the tighter shorts if you want to keep up with the folks who aren't too vain to wear the right gear.

It's not accurate that an "insanity" acquittal would simply mean "the rest of her life confined to a mental ward." It'd mean entrusting her fate the to psychiatrists at the Massachusetts mental hospital, who could let her go in less than a year. If there was any shred of integrity left in the idea of "Psych Doctors as reliable gatekeepers," that went out the window with the trans movement.

@annbauerwriter Interesting that when she was 'far' right, she was "kind but disapproving." When we went 'far' left, she "was not sure she could associate with" old friends who were merely moderates.
