But, who decides about investing IN infrastructure? That is what will level the playing field.

As @DraftKings and @DraftersFantasy have left the European market . We are currently in the process of putting together a plan for a UK / European Best Ball Product (App) . As part of the next step we have been asked to conduct some market research to show their is a viable market in this region
