After each online recharge of @KolkataMetroRail Smart Card,it need to be touched with recharge vending machine to get the balance.otherwise it will not work.

This process is beyond understandable.

Please make it fully digital.

Presently Rs 50 is charging for 5 hours for two wheeler parking

The charges should be reviewed for the interest of common people
