Just finished reading "The Imagineering Story" book and here is the real answer: You *have* to know someone at WDI or in Hollywood to become an imagineer. A friend, a neighbor, your dad.… You wouldnt believe how many high-profile Imagineers got their jobs at WDI through nepotism
