@British_Airways Damaged case was reported at Heathrow Airport on 19th a staff member said would be contacted within 48 hours.

@British_Airways Why is it so difficult to find out about our damaged baggage? Your staff have no clue. Your online chat was pathetic and your customer service department passed us on to baggage who just gave us a number that is not recognised. BA take the money and run!
