@kunal_kinu @makemytrip @consumerforum_ @OfficeOfNG @makemytrip We have pre-booked the cab so that we don't need to face any issue. Why should we pay double the amt when we have pre-booked. They should have arranged some alternate.

We booked a cab in CSTM, Mumbai at 8:45am,but when we called driver mentioned he was at airport and coming in an hour. But later he stopped picking calls. Then we called @makemytrip, but they didn't arrange any alternative for us after waiting 3hrs.
