No resolution was provided. I even called the customer support which was Pathetic as well. Once the call was disconnected intentionally.
Second time I begged representative to connect me with manager as he was not able to understand anything.

I had a very scary night as I booked my accommodation via @oyorooms @ GS Residency in @Varanasi on 27th March.
Even I was not allowed to check in because my partner was not carrying the hard copy of her ID.

I requested to checkin so that I may walk to the nearest cyber cafe to get the original of her Adhaar card.
However the management was so rude that they said, " You guys have made the booking together and need to come together, else they will not let me (only me) to check in.

s' . I visited to get my StanC account to be shifted to my hometown and they told me to visit Delhi for same. They wanted me to pay the negative balance which I wasn't aware of and asked me to leave. Idiot staff!

@StanChartIN I went to the bank after I got an email , with an attached bank statement showing my total balance as 0. However bank told me there is negative balance of 900rs.
I just want to close my account, kindly help me.

@StanChartIN I went to the bank to close my bank account but they told me I still have a negative balance. They again told me to visit my home branch to resolve the issue. 

What is wrong with Standard Charted bank?
