@porinju Like our Hon. PM Modi Ji forgave naughty girls at Jantar Mantar, shareholders n banks have shown empathy n embraced the promoters of ZEEL. SEBI should also show a large heart n not pursue the cases. Its high time Govt also considers them for Bharat Ratna. JRD happened long back.

As per company disclosure, it invested in private company of an independent board member. Sebi/Govt shd act in such instances n get the board reconstituted to protect shareholders.

@SES_Governance Would be interesting to know what sort of divine revelation led to this somersault on part of SES and toe the line of rubber stamp board. it seems tantamount to recommending stealing of public sharehold's stake by the promoters. Disappointed.

Even if rubberstamp zee board and proxy advisors choose to genuflect before Goenka, shareholders should not allow the promoters to acquire stake at distress valuation. This farce should stop.
