We have taken VRS in September 2025. Already one year over. Management have not paid VRS exgratia 50% and Leave encashment 100%. We are suffering a lot.

Retracement drawn from 23760.9 to 23859.35 . So 38.2% is 23821.74 and 50% is 23810.13 . Market came to 50% exactly and reversed to high 23852.6. It will be lower high or not ,we have to wait and see. Is correct or not sir?
