@Morrisons Filled up with petrol in Bridport on Tuesday. The tills froze so couldn’t pay. I live 2 hours away so can’t pop back to pay. Have tried repeatedly for 2 days to get through on the petrol default number but nobody is answering. Can you help please?

@SkyHelpTeam Thanks for the link Chloe. I have tried those steps numerous times today but the issue is across the whole of Bath. I appreciate that you don’t have access to what the issue is but that is precisely my point; the lack of updates from people that do know the issue is very poor.

@skyhelpteam Sky broadband has been down all day in Bath, making work impossible, and there have been no updates as to when this will be resolved. Very disappointing customer service.

@SkyHelpTeam As flagged by numerous other people, that link shows that there are no known issues in the area which is completely untrue. An update with what the issue is or when it is expected to be resolved would be greatly appreciated.
