I attend my daughters swimming lesson once a week. They are boring as hell but I watch her intently because I know after every length she glances up to see if I'm watching. All the other parents stare at their phones the entire time. My parents never watched me either.
Gary Neville is an ex-footballer, a pundit and a businessman.
Alexander Johnson is Prime Minister.
If anybody can tell me how an ex-footballer breaking the law is even remotely comparable to the Prime Minister breaking the law I'm all ears 🤔
Another of our leading group of Tory MPs, Andrew Bridgen, found BY A COURT to have lied on oath, behaved in an abusive, arrogant & aggressive way and was so dishonest that nothing he said could be taken at face value
Don’t expect his resignation either?

Billions of taxpayers’ money on useless PPE - literally going up in flames 🔥
Boris Johnson has created a culture of cronyism and waste.
Higher taxes on working people during a cost-of-living crisis could have been avoided if they hadn’t wasted so much.

“75 per cent of the public believe that Johnson lied about breaking the law, a finding that future historians may regard as a landmark moment. Only 12 per cent think he is telling the truth, roughly the same number who think aliens walk among us.” https://t.co/HnzCpisvRA
Boris Johnson *doesn't* know that. He thinks he's entitled to make other people pay for the things he does. He's a man who thinks people are disposable. That's why he partied while people were dying. It's not about cake. It never was.
This is the heartbreaking story of my friends' son. This is the truth of what was really going on as Johnson and Sunak partied. It wasn't fluff. It was life and death and absence. #BeMoreFrank has been set up in Frank's memory, but his parents will never forgive #Partygate@lbc
17 out of 22 members of Boris Johnson’s Cabinet have refused to declare that they do not benefit from tax havens or non-dom status.
It’s not a radical ask: if you live in the UK - never mind make the laws of this country - you should pay taxes here.
Conservative MPs would do well to remember they are elected to serve the country and their constituents. Not the PM, and certainly not the Home Secretary.
Just think how many contracts could be issued to send asylum seekers to Rwanda. The plan wouldn’t even need to, literally, get off the ground for tens of millions to be given to cronies….just for thinking about it. Tory corruption at work…..
Just five out of 22 members of Boris Johnson's Cabinet are willing to declare that they, or their family do not benefit from tax havens, or non-dom status. https://t.co/mKhO0hao89
The more we learn about Boris Johnson’s Rwanda scheme, the more clear it is that he knows the scheme is unworkable and has announced it cynically in order to secure a short term boost of support among the base and distract from lawbreaking at the heart of government.
So Boris Johnson’s policy chief Andrew Griffith has just told #Newsnight that the Rwandan refugee option was explored “by the Labour Government in 2014.” Labour left office in 2010 and the Tories have been in power ever since. Can anyone in this law-breaking cabal tell the truth?
