@Myprotein great level of care put into deliveries. Box falling apart and just dumped in the reception area of my flat building, would suggest picking up with your courier service!
@JackWills received my order today and part of it was delivered with a faulty sticker attached & dirt stains on front and back. Garment reduced to £5 but I’ve been charged full price & have been on hold on chat since 11am this morning to no response.

Hi @Se_Railway, this morning I got the 9.40 to Sevenoaks. After being delayed for 15mins due to a fire in New Cross, we got to London Bridge (stop before) to be told - after leaving - that we were being redirected to Tonbridge. I am now very late to an important meeting.
@Se_Railway It’s got nothing to do with claiming. Why were we told, after departure, that we were being diverted? I’m now at Tonbridge and the train I’m supposed to get back (11.01) has just been cancelled
@TopshopHelp I ordered a skirt I had wanted for AGES from you, one came back in my size, got delivered today and it’s got an obvious rip & even more obvious fixing attempt on the front- where is your quality control on returned items?!
