@AndyGoulding But it literally says in their ballot rules that "Tickets are not being allocated on a first-come first-served basis." It also says you would have 2 weeks to claim, in the email it says you have 24h to claim...apparently it was 2 minutes? @TicketmasterCS #coronationconcert ???
