@GemmaDo83283701 We get charged a fortune by the LA to bus our children to a local pool. We've had to reduce the children's lessons so those that really need to learn barely have an opportunity. Would love to know more about this idea/costs etc

@Headteacherchat Refs should be sought ahead of interview according to KCSIE. Employment should be conditional on, amongst other things, receipt of satisfactory references. If someone has already started it is much harder to withdraw the job if the refs then flag serious issues
