They’re now claiming that the reading is correct due to my ‘smart’ meter. This is a joke. How can anyone use £2411.35 worth of gas over 2 months in a 2 bed, semidetached new build during the warmer months of April-June?!

When @BritishGas overcharge you for gas so now you’re massively in debt to them and then they put your monthly direct debits up to £700👍🏼
All I have had is issues with this company. I have an 8 month old baby, I don’t need this stress.

Royal Mail need stop taking my parcels to the delivery office for me to collect and actually try to deliver them to my address. I’m paying for delivery for them to tell me to collect it at the office. I have a newborn and I’m paying for delivery for a reason😡
