@GMB it’s not just about being able to get a face to face appointment. My GP surgery book me in for a call and then I receive a text to say someone will contact me soon, and I don’t hear from them. They also knew it was for my 2 year old son, who had ended up in hospital before.

@superdrug I cannot believe you have changed the colour of a hairdye and not made people aware. I’ve been using this hair dye for over a year and suddenly it’s dyed my hair brown not auburn.This is outrageous! other customers have experienced the same. My hairs different now!

@JustEatUK why’s it taking so long to get our food, with no update for a simple @McDonalds ?! It’s already been 45 minutes since I ordered. It’s the first time using @JustEatUK for McDonald’s … I should of stuck to @ubereats_uk 👎🏻👎🏻 We’ve never had to wait this long…….
