@Betterhelpers I’ve written to them on email today (and emailed the manager directly too,) but haven’t heard back.I also rang, but they weren’t able to get in touch with the centre. Please send me their email details in case it’s a different one to the one I used. Thanks for looking into this

@LBWF_Better I tried calling 020 3859 1055 but after being held in queue for 5 minutes, when my turn comes up onto the queue, the person puts the phone down. Any idea if the SEN session is on at 5pm?
