@AnthropicAI any update on these usage limits? The product is become unusable. 50% of this latest session used in 10 mins and that was just getting it to update a Favicon!
Avoid @iD_Mobile_UK at all costs. Reasons explained below:
1) I am hoping someone from @iD_Mobile_UK can explain why one of their managers on the live chat abruptly ended the conversation at the mere mention that the advice given may not be compatible with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any ideas?
2) The same problem presented again and again yet given the same troubleshooting checklist which, when presented with the facts, soon becomes obvious that is will not resolve the issue.
3) Told of a response in 2 days. 5 days later and nothing.
A new customer just trying to get their Β£1000 phone to work and this is how we get treated.
The new phone has been running for a couple of months and now has stopped working. The mention of a consumer law causing the chat to be abruptly closed without any response beforehand should be extremely concerning. We have tried the behind-close-doors resolution and it doesn't seem to provide any resolution.
