@Uber_Support You did not address the matter privately before when I asked other than to say you would talk to the driver to make sure it didn’t happen again. You also lowered my rating and marked the issue as resolved, so I couldn’t respond. Not the best way to keep customers, I‘m afraid.

I canceled my @Uber account, after its driver on my last ride made me uncomfortable with probing or personal questions, among other things. No tip led him to file a false complaint against me, and Uber sent me a warning. Tried to rectify to no avail. @Uber needs to do better.
