@AMCTheatres we've been Stubs, then more recently A-list subscribers and today, we got to our reserved seats only to find others with the same seat numbers. They double booked seats and had nothing to say about it.

@AMCHelps Also, in case it hasn't reached your helpdesk, we had reserved our Venom seats for a while but when we checked, it suddenly said we reserved for a different movie. We thought that was a glitch so we just went ahead and reserved different seats (that were available)

@AMCHelps Please solve the issue. We have reserved tickets for the weekend and I'm hoping we won't meet the same scenario.

@AMCHelps Yes but worse seats. It wasn't just us. Several people found themselves with identical seating assignments. We think there was a problem with the app. We all had receipts for our purchased tickets. It was chaotic.

@AMCHelps It has become a common experience at the theaters here. 3x in the past they forgot to turn on the movie (happened at 2 diff locations)
