Dream on!

@Abhirajputfit Not everyone ears eggs. Some don't for non negotiable religious reasons.

What should they add?

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@AnshulGains You are making my point. Your post is contradicting your response.

Only the secure don't crave validation. They don't care how they look. They have a purpose and try to fulfil it.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@DwellingDeep_ Fortunately, I didn't suffer that fate.

Food in the Germanic belt is the toughest to manage for an Indian palate

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@DwellingDeep_ France has the most hyped cuisine possible. In lyon it was very difficult to find anything vegetarian. Only consolation, lyon was not expensive.

Switzerland has to be the worst given the prices

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@BhavanChand @grok what is glp 1

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@yogkalayogi @komal_42 As an aside, your name has reference to your vocation (Yogita and Yoga). How rare (not talking about occupation based surnames)

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@yogkalayogi @komal_42 MNCs have very clear rules to follow with excellent grievance redressal mechanisms.

Most Indian Corporate Houses too have rules.

From here on, it is one's ambition vs tolerance.

Companies will not change for exceptions.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@komal_42 @yogkalayogi Most companies have working hours mentioned in the contract of employment. Including food breaks.

I have not worked in an Indian Family run businesses and cannot comment on it.

A Company's work culture too is often well known.

Dont join if you don't like it.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@chiragbarjatya @madhurbansall Is this a very north Indian thing? South too eats fried snacks but there is no culture associated with regular buying and storage.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@chiragbarjatya My husband and I have a word that will indicate that either of us are in trouble.

One complex word and one simple but uncommon word.

He learnt this from spy novels he loves reading

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@komal_42 @yogkalayogi One often knows what one is signing up for.

It is unfair to blame only the company.

Personal experience. Most corporate working hours is reasonable.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@Abhirajputfit True for most things. Travel with people better at it to the extent possible.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@Arun_vish Research disagrees though it is an intensive activity

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@Arun_vish @grok can you look into developed markets and provide an answer?

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@AnshulGains Companies can only provide options. If Individuals are hell-bent on damaging themselves, companies cannot do much.

Scrambled eggs are available in most cafeteria.

Some companies even tried incentivising healthy eating.

Remember the horse and water?

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@Fittrwithkj Looks great. Pesto, is it store bought or homemade (just curious)? And cheese, which cheese is this?

Cheese is such a great thing to eat.

[Soumya @Soskvr]

@komal_42 300m is one of the toughest distances. Excellent. What would be your average time taken?
