The storm NW of Norwood-Young America at 6:41p was about as close to producing a tornado as possible without doing it yesterday. Big, wide occlusion with stout funnel.

The subsequent cell merger downstream likely prevented tornadogenesis in the west metro. @NWSTwinCities #MNwx
