@anushcache We do have , but not much widely marketed. Making cottage cheese or cheese came with the Portuguese. So for example in Bengal , a suburb called Bandel still makes a great Bandel cheese, you can still get it in Calcutta. Apart from that Kalimpong cheese from the hills.
