Can anyone please tell me wtf is going on here in the Jeffery Epstein files? Context: exploring research in mitochondrial transplantation tagged “for neuro”.
Epstein files bombshells!
Scientific interests by Epstein include human reengineering, personal genome sequencing, gathering key thought leaders in AGI and AI in 2008 to work on a brain project, and self assembling robotics. Who can connect these dots? Ahem.
Advanced meditation is increasingly a critical test case for neuroscience, psychology, phenomenology, philosophy and computational modeling of the mind.
In doing so, advanced meditation is pushing us to rethink how we both study and understand our own subjective experience and the processes through which our minds can deeply transform.
I’m therefore delighted to share that our new review and synthesis, “Active Inference, Computational Phenomenology, and Advanced Meditation: Toward the Formalization of the Experience of Meditation,” is now officially published in Neuroscience & Biobehavioral Reviews
As the scientific study of advanced meditation continues to mature, a central challenge for our team at the Meditation Research Program is this: How can subjectively rich, conceptually elusive, and highly refined first-person meditative experiences integrate into fruitful dialogue with formal, testable computational models of the mind?
In this paper, we critically synthesize a rapidly growing, but until now largely scattered, literature that uses Active Inference and related computational frameworks to model the states, stages, and endpoints of advanced meditation. We ask where current models succeed, where they fall short, and what rigorous and meaningful progress will require next.
Importantly, this work goes well beyond basic mindfulness by engaging radical experiential territories including defabrication (the loosening of mental habits that shape experience), Minimal Phenomenal Experience (MPE; the barest awareness without thought, affect, or sense of self), and cessation (a complete, temporary absence of conscious experience altogether).
So why does this matter for contemplative science and meditation more broadly?
Because carefully developed formal models can help clarify and illuminate how deep psychological transformation actually happens. When pursued rigorously and respectfully, we believe such models can bridge difficult-to-articulate first-person phenomenology with precision tools of third-person science, guiding future empirical work and potentially even informing mental health.
My deepest gratitude to first author Hagar Tal, and our collaborators Malcolm Wright @punk_utopian, Shawn Prest, and Lars Sandved Smith @lars_sandved !
As always, my colleagues and I warmly welcome your reflections and deeper conversations, and we’re especially keen to hear from those around the world thinking deeply about advanced practice, phenomenology, and the contemplative and computational science of consciousness in transformation.

Schrödinger’s cat says a system is both alive and dead until someone looks.
Wigner’s Friend goes further: even if another observer already saw the result, it hasn’t collapsed for you. The lesson, there’s no single shared reality, each observer lives in their own version.
El cuerpo humano es una matriz viviente de tejidos conectivos formados por cristales líquidos hidratados con propiedades semiconductoras y piezoeléctricas. Funciona como un circuito que conecta las células al universo, permitiendo el flujo de energía e información.

“If you are completely destroyed by the world, then the world which destroyed you must be completely transformed, because you looked upon it with the eye that transforms, the eye that contains the germ of what is new.”

Why is why the birds start chirping an hour before Sunrise? 🐦
"The chirping of the birds emits a Frequency that helps open up the plant cell stomata on the bottom of the leaf and it helps the plant start breathing in the morning and acts as an alarm clock."
"He discovered that same Frequency is found in music. It's found in classical music quite a bit. So he started playing classical music to his corn Field..."
Amazing how in Tune nature is, RESONATING with each other in symphonic harmony. We're part of that rhythm too, you know.
Nikola Tesla:
"If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of Energy, Frequency and Vibration."
Those aren't 3 separate things, btw.
They're a unified one.
🧠 Mind as receiver, not creator.
Psychologists are exploring a fascinating idea that challenges how we understand the human mind. Thoughts may not be something we actively produce. Instead, they may arise, arrive, or surface from deeper subconscious processes beyond conscious control. Rather than being authored moment by moment, thoughts appear automatically, often without warning or intention.
Brain imaging studies show that neural activity linked to a thought begins milliseconds before a person becomes aware of it. This suggests awareness comes after the thought has already formed, not before. Meditation research supports this too, showing how thoughts emerge spontaneously when the mind is quiet, then fade when attention shifts.
This perspective changes how we relate to anxiety, creativity, and self-judgment. If thoughts are received rather than chosen, then observing them without attachment becomes easier. Mental clarity may come not from controlling the mind, but from listening to it with awareness.
The mind may be less like a writer and more like a radio, tuning into signals already in motion.
In Hinduism, the human body is seen as a miniature universe (पिंड),
While the cosmos is the greater universe (ब्रह्मांड)—“यत् पिंडे तत् ब्रह्मांडे”,
Meaning whatever exists in the universe also exists within the body.
The body is not just flesh and bones, but a sacred vessel of cosmic energies, where chakras correspond to universal forces and planets.
Similarly, a Hindu temple is designed like a cosmic body: the garbhagriha (sanctum) represents the heart, the shikhara symbolizes the head, and the mandala reflects the order of the universe.
Just as prana flows through the human body via nadis, divine energy flows through the temple structure. Worship, therefore, is not outside us—it awakens the same divinity within.
In short, body, temple, and universe are three expressions of one cosmic truth, alag-alag dikhte hain par tattva ek hi hai—sab kuchh usi Brahman ka khel hai...
🚨 BOMBSHELL from Joe Rogan #2430 with Project Unity Jay Anderson:
Lockheed engineer Brad Sorenson – the original source behind Mark McCandlish's legendary Alien Reproduction Vehicle (ARV "Fluxliner") drawing – finally speaks (on a call Jay was on).
Brad CONFIRMS the saucer tech is real.
Saw 3 vehicles in a hangar: Baby Bear 🛸, Mama Bear 🛸🛸, Papa Bear 🛸🛸🛸
Called them "Instantaneous Nuclear Delivery Platforms."
He was FURIOUS at Mark for going public at Greer's 2001 Press Club: "I gave him the keys to the kingdom and he told the whole f***ing world!"
And the wildest part? Brad claimed: "I can design & build an aircraft that goes 210x the speed of light."
We've turned over every stone in the Solar System... now we have to make Earth work.
This is the closest we've ever gotten to direct confirmation of man-made (reverse-engineered?) flying saucers.

“As [AGI] automation releases humanity from the architecture of labour, attention shifts from survival to understanding. The bandwidth once consumed by routine reopens, and consciousness begins to reorganise itself. Creativity moves from the margins to the centre of civilisation. Intuition strengthens because the mind is no longer compressed by urgency. Curiosity becomes a driving force rather than a luxury.“

During a lab-measured healing session, Jill and Tim’s heart rates synced almost instantly. No touching. So, if our bodies can fall into resonance with another person, what else are we picking up on without realizing it?
Have you ever felt someone’s energy shift your state?
