@realmeIndia real me misleading their cx by saying on site warranty. I am from gurgaon and service center is hardly 10 km away but they are not giving on site whereas they informed onrecorded line that they give on site within 50 km radius.
Battery backup went down drastically.

@cromaretail i bought Croma 1.5 ton AC from offline store 29 sector Gurgaon
I received product within a day
Day. Installation person came next day he installed AC by taking 3-4 hours after that he found outdoor unit is broken
Whn i raise dreturn request they give me 3 days TAT

Installation person installs that product in 2 days, after installation service engg realized that product is damaged. Then customer raise complaint they give 3 days time...
