SBI, Siliguri was also failed to help in the matter. Till now no response has been received from any authority. How authority can be silent to this theft and fraud case?

@RailMadad On 14.03.2024 My family started journey from Kolkata to Siliguri by KanchanKanya express train no. 13149, Coach- 2AC, PNR no. 6233198038. During the journey mobile phone of my brother Shri Pintu Mallick has been theft in Dalkhola station on at 5:30 am on 15.03.2024.

Although, Complaint has been lodged both in 139 (reference no. 2024031501069) and at Siliguri town GRPS (GDE no. 590 dated 15.03.2024) but no solution has been yet been received.
