@vcspreps @phs_tritons @pacificatritons @TritonsFootball Great season Pacifica! I remember after last years state game the coaches were saying they will be back and I wasn’t expecting them to make it this season. It’s hard for a public school accomplish that…

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@vcspreps Epic Game!

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@vcspreps Yea I didn’t understand that calll for an onside kick. Pacifica had all the momentum and that call gave Granite Hills some confidence.

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@ChemicalAT Lincoln is down to Granite Hills 39-29 with 1:25 left

@LASectionJunkie How was my scouting report? Last week Pacifica special teams had a punt block for a TD and a blocked PAT. Congrats to Narbonne on making it this far! I like to see city schools succeed given the circumstances they face even fielding teams at some schools.

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@CoachD_Bham @LASectionJunkie Yep a lot of lessons learned playing Inglewood, Newbury Park, and Oaks Christian this year. Those matchups definitely prepared them shutout Simi Valley and beat St Bonaventure in the rematch last weekend.

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@LASectionJunkie @CoachD_Bham Defensively they’ve had issues with stopping the run but I’ll say they have a pretty good linebacker core. The secondary is probably more of a weakness IMO as they will have their D1 receivers go both ways especially with Narbonne’s athletes.

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@LASectionJunkie @CoachD_Bham Their strength on offense a senior QB and two senior D1 WR’s also they have a shifty sophomore athlete that has scored all seven of their offensive touchdowns the last two games. Their line play has been shaky which has caused issues protecting the QB and running the ball.

[Antonio @SouthOxnard805]

@CoachD_Bham @LASectionJunkie As someone who follows Pacifica and has seen Narbonne game highlights I think this game is a coin flip. This Pacifica team played a tougher schedule compared up the ‘19 team, but the ‘19 team had a better overall defensive talent and a strong running game. I’ll be watching!
