@TheTristanRaven@lexi97_ny@ThePettiestLA Dude gets MVP votes every year. I’d advise both of you to pay the slightest bit of attention to the other 29 teams in the league.
@brosales12 Laker fans need to stop suggesting that a team with Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves sign power forwards that need the ball in their hands to contribute. Derozan and Kuminga make this team worse than the alternatives.
@LakersAreRad@SGVNSports That’s the average idiotic Laker fan mindset. “Something is better than nothing” is why nobody like you is anywhere near an actual NBA team, and with Lebron gone the roster was getting a shakeup regardless.
@LakersAreRad@SGVNSports Nobody said nothing changes. The roster is better right now if every single one of those players is back on this roster at that price. They have done nothing but overpay or get guys at market value while every other team in the league is getting signings like that.
@Correia47@ClaireMPLS Yes, it is. Claire is right. She’s right because that’s the only one of the 5 options that had Lebron. Add him to any of those teams and they’re better than the Lakers (which is why that Lakers squad is better than the 2026-27 squad).
@JonesOnTheNBA James Jones basically told him he wasn’t anywhere near as valuable as he thinks he is. Since then, he’s been playing to prove him right. His play dropped off before him and CP3 split up.
@millysheridan13@iztok_franko Not hard to get. Mediocre starter and was bitching as a starter last year. He was never going to accept a bench role. He’d rather start for the Wizards than come off the bench for a competitive team. If somehow you didn’t already know that, now you know what kind of player he is.
@TonyBiasotti@redrock_bball Yeah there’s 0 downside, makes no sense that he’s complaining about it. This isn’t mutually exclusive to fixing other related issues.
@LaFanForever24@iztok_franko@awriterjbrady Do you understand why this is the entire problem? They burned all their assets. They cannot ADD what they need. (And no. They need another guy, not just a POA wing. They’re still at a sizable overall talent deficit.)
@CL830_Lakers@iztok_franko This is an argument in bad faith. This is what happens when you give everyone a player option. The guys that you want leave, and the guys you don’t stay. We wanted the guys that left. I defend Rob every offseason. They fucked this one up.
