Israeli soldier shot a Palestinian family in their car in Hebron on June 5 as it was slowing to a stop.

Seven-month-old baby Sam Abu Haikal was shot in the head and killed.

Both parents were wounded.

The soldiers left without providing any assistance.

B'Tselem obtained footage showing the car posed no threat.
