@Tesco any news on my online order? You've taken 140 quid out of my account, but no sign of the online delivery and your phone lines are shut. Do I have to magic up some more money now to go and physically get my shopping from your store now?

@virginmedia another day, another problem with your services. Not just your on demand services that are down, after rebooting your box does this. #pisspoor
@virginmedia Yes, it was, it had the welcome screen up, then once the box had finished rebooting it went like this, on both my boxes. It all came back by itself though so I can watch the telly again, just no on demand services as usual
@virginmedia Funnily enough, as I've just sent this tweet it's all fired back up. Not good that the on demand services still aren't working though as they've been playing up for weeks now
