Another tough day of steep hills #bikeforbutterflies. Just a few whites & browns in the hedgerows: we now have to go to 'special' places (Reserves) to see butterflies. I reject that! We should see them everywhere - help @savebutterflies achieve that https://t.co/1HlxYyMv8o

The tour included a look at the UK’s first bookable loading bays on Walworth Road, traffic calming measures on Alberta Street and Braganza Street, as well as new pocket parks - designed to help kids play on the way to and from school.

Transport Secretary, @LouHaigh has unveiled her vision for integrated transport across England - & there's a lot to like, particularly her recognition that people need to be supported to make cleaner transport choices with safe, accessible streets.
Very important line here from @LouHaigh on road safety:
"We treat road safety in a way as if it is somehow a natural accident. If the number of people being killed or seriously injured on our roads, were being killed in any other way, we'd be treating it as a pandemic."
