Learning relentlessly. Building thoughtfully.
Writing what I discover along the way.
Fueled by running miles & good stories.
The famous Alan Watts philosophy reminds us:
"You are under no obligation to be the same person you were five minutes ago."
If it makes you feel better, grow and be a better version of yourself then please “change”.
Give yourself the permission to be better than yesterday.
Just a reminder:
Happy people encourage, attractive people compliment and successful people support.
Those of have nothing to offer, are the ones trying to bring people down.
Once we realise that, we stop taking things personally.
If you stay in environments where people don’t recognise the value of you, you’ll shrink your gift to the size of what they can stand.
And that’s what cause anxiety, depression and stress because you have had to shrink into a form where people can tolerate you.
Comparison is always the thief of joy.
You’re not worth it, you’re not enough, you don’t belong; stop asking those questions and keep telling yourself that you can do better, you can grow and you belong in all the places.
Shake yourself up and keep reminding yourself.
