TSgt Michael Dillard Jr is the General Bernard Schriever Award (Enlisted) recipient for exceptional leadership at USSPACECOM. His rapid analysis of 100+ missile events enabled successful intercepts during critical global tensions & strengthened missile defense readiness worldwide
Howard Hu of NASA Johnson Space Center is the 2026 Norman L. Baker Astronautics Engineer Award recipient for his sustained technical leadership on NASA Human Space Flight programs, culminating in his work on Orion, the spacecraft powering Artemis missions to the Moon.
Dr. Heather Roman-Stork is the NOAA David Johnson Award recipient for developing MUNSTER and MESI, innovative tools that integrate satellite data to track ocean eddies and strengthen insights into marine ecosystems and fisheries management.
