Obviously this doesn't work for everyone and ppl should know their limits but like, if I notice indicas making my anxiety worse, I cop some sativa or hybrid n I'm good 🤷🏾

So, I'll admit it's not a "one-size-fits-all" medicine but sometimes, unpleasant experiences with certain types of weed don't automatically mean all weed doesn't work for an individual 😶

Example, I *personally* like Indica strains bc they actually help me lock in + focus but they also tend to make my anxiety a lil worse...
