They ultimately didn't take them, but the instinct was there. A lot of this stuff is bought as an investment after a while of saving up.

@olarhat This framing shouldn't even be a thing. The civilized world supposedly agreed after WWII that unilaterally redrawing borders is a bad thing. The fact that they justify it the same way the Nazis did doesn't make it a point worth adressing, but just a point worth pointing out.

@vcdgf555 @KofmanMichael These are not cluster munitions though. These are MIRV warheads, where the missile has multiple reentry warheads splitting to hit multiple targets. In this case, they're just metal dummies that have no explosives. Only kinetic energy.
