@SECGov as you know very well is not about protecting the people they as supposed to protect.
But turning a blind eye on the huge and blatant manipulation that targets companies and shareholders.
It has become more profitable to bankrupt a company instead of helping a company thrive.
Selling securities they don't own can't deliver or borrow has become the norm.
Creating synthetic shares with FTD's Fails to Deliver and Naked short selling.
This artificially dilutes the companies market cap and shareholders value.
@The_DTCC lets fails roll over indefinitely.
Please help Retail, pensions and 401k get justice on

I am an American that lives in Paris half the month and while some have tried (Macron on AI, for example) the regulatory environment, attitude toward risk/failure and lack of capital make it almost impossible for the EU to be an economic success. Love the food, wine, life style and culture -- but not clear to me how the EU survives long term.
