And I think we can trust Emma not to follow up her 'home truths' to Kate with a subsequent apology as is sadly so often the case in #thearchers - especially when it comes to Helen being told she is anything less than perfect.

Oh, yes! And I loved the 'Sorry IF' non-apology that Kate started to blurt out. That certainly got the treatment it deserved from feisty Emma. #TheArchers

Most wills take into account what happens if one of the heirs predeceases you. Jennifer's third probably goes to her children. But this is Ambridge where Aunty Hilda forgot she had two nephews and left the lot to Will. After she'd died twice. #TheArchers

He'd get on my nerves too, so anxious to please. Shame Helen didn't think of that plus their having nothing in common before letting her sons get so attached. But he WAS awfully convenient. #TheArchers

I agree. She FANCIED Lee quite a bit at first. Auntie Chris was never so well-visited at The Laurels where Lee could be found. But she had nothing in common with him, just found him useful. #TheArchers

@Leeslie2 Unpopular viewpoint, I know, but I don't think she ever loved him (or even cared about him that much). He was a means to an end for 'moving on'. I can't help feeling Lee is better off out of it, but it will be very hard on Henry. #thearchers

Suggesting HellQueen is SLIGHTLY less sure of Kirsty. With Ian she's about the same as with her family & Lee - gets hostile to the slightest criticism such as her cheating at the food fair.

Kirsty did leave Ambridge. More fool her to return! #TheArchers

He even has to ask what can he do - shall I pick up Jack or make dinner? - doesn't seem to have any autonomy at all in the house. Somewhat self-inflicted, but he's terrified of doing something wrong. As they all are. Helen controls people. #TheArchers

Helen had a supposedly reciprocal arrangement with another mother. Mostly we heard of her dropping off Henwee, rather than caring for the other child. ... OK, found THREE instances in Lowfield where she took care of Rowan! #TheArchers

A few observations and a question:
Early in the clip (dinner segment) Helen says she wants some one who will love her, but I noticed she did not say vice versa.
Helen also mentioned paid childcare, I am not sure she did that… 1/?
