@SarahHermit Unfortunately it is chaos, which was the designed impact of the strike action.
Looking through our orders, we still have many orders given to Royal Mail before Dec 1st where no tracking updates have occurred.
We are noticing more and more updating today though, so some hope...
This order was collected by Royal Mail on the 28th Nov.
The first physical scan was on the 12th Dec, to the customer up until this time, the tracking looked like we had not despatched their order.
We are hopeful that all orders from Novemeber should be delivered this week.

All across the UK the Christmas mail is piling up. Our members want to end the strike action but Royal Mail want to smash their jobs and refuse to engage with us.

The wording on Royal Mail's Tracking page can suggest that we have not yet despatched your item.
If we have provided you with a tracking number, which you should have received via email and is always visible in your account, then we have handed your parcel to Royal Mail.
Notice: Royal Mail tracking not working. If we have given you a tracking number, we have despatched your order. Unfortunately until Royal Mail fix their systems you are unable to track the progress of your parcel, but rest assured we have sent your order.
