@YodelOnline please can you advise how I can raise a complaint. My Vinted parcel was left in a communal area and was not there when I returned home, you're refusing to accept that you didn't deliver the parcel to me and because of this Vinted have now closed my case! Disgusting!

@CreamsMaidstone we ordered pudding tonight via Just Eat, we had a notification to say the order was on the way and another to say the driver was close by. The order was set to delivered but no one attempted to deliver this to us, and no one is answering the store phone...

@BandQ online you have stock of air conditoners in West Thurrock. I bought a voucher buy 2 when we got there we were told that your system shows 5 in stock but they're actually reserved. Website also said you can get them delivered, again another lie Now £390 voucher I can't use

@EuroCarParts I placed orders on the 4th and 7th May. I have missing items from both despite an email on 21st May to say these would be with me within 48 hours. Your telephone lines have 2+ hour waits, and so far I've been awaiting a response on your online chat for 8.5hrs!
