@British_Airways We have tried calling as per your email but cannot get through, I’ve tried the web chat but no answer there either. We cannot change them ourselves. This is a mess. I am now dreading our holiday and we are looking at cancelling our holiday completely.

@British_Airways I am very disappointed in your customer service. Last week the first leg of our outbound flight was cancelled and now we have a long stop with a toddler. Today you rearranged the first leg of our return flight so we will miss our connection home.
